The Original Murphy Bed™ Mechanism

7304 North Leavitt Avenue, Portland, Oregon USA
ph 503-283-2161 fx 503-283-3319

Our mechanisms are built for everyday use and will last a lifetime. The Murphy Bed Company has been building Murphy Beds for over 100 years. Our mechanisms are often imitated however we have yet to find a copy that is built as well as The Original Murphy Bed™.

We offer the mechanisms seperately without a cabinet. If you are building your own cabinetry or having them custom built refer to these dimensions to determine the minimum clearances necessary. The Full/Double size (SL-54) can be put into most existing closets with minimal alterations.
